        I beg most respectfully to state that I have been suffering from high fever for last few days. It is, therefore, quite impossible for me to attend classes for a week.

  The physician has advised me to take complete rest for a week. Therefore, I shall be highly obliged if you kindly grant me sick leave for a week with effect from 10th to 17th September, 2020.
