    Sir,

            I beg most respectfully to submit that our club has decided to arrange a Blood Donation camp as a part of its golden jubilee celebrations in the first week of the next month. The proposed camp can be arranged of poor patients who cannot afford to buy blood. The local people including donation blood. Dr. A.K Gupta, eminent physician of our area has kindly consented to conduct the said camp.

    We shall, therefore, remain ever grateful to you if you kind enough to accord your kind permission in this regard as early as possible.
