     With due respect, I am to submit that the people of Salt Lake City area are being greatly distributed by the mosquito. Life becomes quite unbearable to us when in winter the menace of mosquitoes begins. To get rid of the bites of mosquitoes, the people use curtains, and spray ' Good Night ' at night. But all these can never be the permanent solution to the problem. For permanent remedy, the nearby jungles, bushes and the stagnant water of the canal must be cleaned because they are the breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Therefore, I, on behalf of the inhabitants of our place, would request you most earnestly to kindly take immediate measures in this regard.
